At just 11 months old, we found Nneamaka. She became the very first child of Sarah’s House. At the time, we didn’t have the kind of facility we have now, but we had a deep passion—to ensure that young children without a home get the best out of life. That’s exactly what we did with Nneamaka. 

It has been over seventeen years since she became part of our family. We have watched her grow into a young lady full of character, godly virtues, and the zeal to take on the world. 

As of this writing, Nneamaka is completing her secondary education and dreams of excelling in the medical field. She lives in our facility in Uyo and has become a joy to us all. As an elder sister to the other children, she nurtures them with the same love she received years ago. 

We can’t wait to support her further in her education and watch her step into her full purpose. 

This is what we do at Sarah’s House Orphanage—we provide a home away from home for children. Our goal is to ensure that every child we encounter has hope for a bright future.
